How Money Box Works

    Money Box Investments is a unique investment vehicle where you have the opportunity to fund real estate transactions for other real estate investors who purchase investment property from JDS Properties. 

     The average sales price of the investment property being sold by JDS Properties is about $35,000.00.  The buyers are willing to put down 50% ($17.5k) and let you finance the rest ($17.5K) for them and they will also pay five-ten points (%) to you at closing plus 8.75-10% each year thereafter for 3-8 years.

So $35k sales price = $17.5k cash from buyer + $17.5k cash from you.(You can invest in more than one deal to invest more than $17.5k)

You will earn 5-10% interest ($875-$1750) right away at closing plus 8.75-10% interest each year thereafter, until the loan is paid off.  Monthly principal and interest payments are paid to you each month for 3-7 years.  Historically the loans have been paid off in about four years.
